How to Format an Email Submission

• Format your work as you would any email or webpage.

In other words,

• single-space
• double-space (be sure to hit ‘enter’ twice) between paragraphs or stanzas

For best readability:

• use a sans-serif font (your email’s default font is fine)
• turn off auto-formatting (e.g. smart quotes) in your word processor as these characters often do not display correctly
